Deposit Fee

There is a holding deposit fee for $500.00, this covers any damage made to the property during your stay. There is an inventory list, which your guide will walk you through to ensure, all items are as they are prior to sign off and handing over the keys.

Stay

We offer an option of 5, 7, 10 and 1 month stays at the property. Costs run at $100 per night, which includes your utilities, WiFi, TV and access to the swimming pool.

Travel

Should you require to be picked up or dropped of from the airport or any other area, we do offer this service at $150 per day within a 30 kilometer radius. Any travel required outside these parameters will require a separate quotation.

We also offer the use of a boat, which can carry up to 8 people. This is charged at $200 per day, which includes fuel as well as food, drink and a guide.
